Can anyone help me out with this?
I'm starting a new college course next week and Iwill be getting the dart from Sandycove to Pearse pretty much every day. I intend to get a student travelcard.

Apparently with the travelcard I can get cheap 7 day "inner short hop" tickets. the problem is that the website gives almost no information about such tickets.
There is also a "7 day rolling rail" ticket, but the website doesn't tell you how much it costs or anything like that.

    Absolutely ridiculous.

Can anyone here explain what these options are and what they mean?
If I get an inner short hop, will that be valid between Sandycove and Pearse?
What about a 7 day rolling rail? How many journeys do I get from that, and how much does it cost?

Finally, why in God's name are Irish companies so woefully dismal about providing information on their websites???

I got a 7 day rolling ticket yesterday it's valid from sunday to saturday, I mean you can't pick what day you want it valid from for 7 days. That's what I was told in the station anyway. and you can travel as much as you want in the inner short hop zone that week.
