Anyone around here live in, or know Rinawade estate in Leixlip that can give us any feedback, good or bad, on both the houses, and the estate itself?

Not a bad estate. Have known a few people who have lived there. Mainly a "young" estate with a lot of kids. Decent sized greens (as opposed to row after row of houses). Gardens are a decent size. Near to the shops. The new 66x and the 66n (nightlink) both go by the front of the estate, with a bus stop not too far from the entrance of the estate.

If you look at this link you'll see a big white triangle section between the estate and the M4; this is a field (with a path around it, and the grass is trimmed every few months) where you have access to from a few points in the estate. If you have a dog, you'll meet other dog walkers there.

Are you buying or renting? If buying for a family, there are 3 primary schools nearby, and a secondary school nearby within walking distance. Train station is about 20 to 30 minutes walk away depending on how slow you walk, and where in the estate you'll be living, but there's a carpark at the train station.

    Any questions, shoot.

Rented there for a year- houses are fine with decent gardens etc.
Mix of young families with kids and plenty of renters both Irish and non-national due to proximity of HP/intel and others. Big eurospar down the road. GA club is walking distance if you want a late pint and don't fancy going leixlip village.
Had no hassles there, noticed no major anti -social shenanigans; would recommend it.

Hello, just wondering if opinions are still the same on the Rinawade estate?

yeah I would consider the above to be accurate. The only really 'less than great' estate in leixlip is loughnamona which is across the road. Usually the anti-social stuff doesn't really come across , so aside from a few teens hanging round outside the shops being teens , your in a fairly good location. Well serviced and easy access to the N4. Train station is under 10 mins walk away, busses are nearby.

the village is a 15 min walk and has pubs and shops and all the other craic you'd expect.

Answers pretty much the same as the above.

Assuming this is the house, then this is the location. It's about half an hour walk from the village, but only 20 minute walk from the schools.

Yeah there's plenty of kids in the estate.

I have friends living there I've been up there plenty.

Friendly depends on your close neighbours I suppose but there's all sorts of clubs and activities to join very close by
