    Hello Folks,

I wonder if any of you can help me?

I downloaded the free version of this software. The business it was for is changing hands so i need to P45 two of it's staff.

I've tried the reports/payslips option bur can't seem to get the P45 details or have them issued.

Can any of you enlighten me as to how to P45 them?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Regards,

    Chevy RV

I am a little out of date, but I do recall the some packages require that you fill the cessation date field in the employee details window, before you get the option to print a P45.

Also is there not the facility to print the P45 directly from ROS now?

    Thanks Paul71 for your reply.

This particular business is not registered on ROS but the idea of filling the cessation date might allow me to print P45 details.

Any others out there with similar problems printing a P45?

You need to mark the employees as a leaver in Quickpay. You then need to do this on the time sheet or in the employee details (depending on whether they are getting paid this period). You should then be able to go into reports.

There is no printable stationary yet for printing P45's directly from a payroll package as revenue have not issued this yet. So, you can either get the form from revenue and fill it in manually or you can upload the details to www.ros.ie and print it off from there.
