    Hi All,

Quick question, I am flying to Edinburgh at the end of October and my passport expires in December, will I be allowed to fly?

I have heard people saying you can't fly if your passport is near expiring?

I am only going for 3 days and flying with Ryanair.

    Thanks in advance :)

Yes, you will be allowed to fly. Your passport is valid until the expiry date for travel to any EU country (and also to the USA).

Different countries have different rules about it. Some require 6 months on it, some 3. Some only need it to cover the stay. Look it up on the Scottish government or airport websites. Or even Rushdie may be able to tell you

Above poster is right about the eu
