Do you think a man named Jesus was born and died , or that he arose from death and was the son of God?

I think it is a relevant and non controversial question to ask others opinions in the 21st century?

Sure even I have rose from the dead many times. While playing Xbox

I think it's fairly plausible he existed but not for all the magic or supposed things he did.

Compare how you can fool the average person 2000 years to today with such "miracles"

If you look at some of these prophets in history, some of the most famous ones seem to all come from the same sort of place. Never one from Germany or France.

There's a neo-prophet from Mexico called Jesus (pronounced "Hey, Zeus") who claims to be the second coming of the big man himself. Has quite the following too.

Can't find a link through Google, too many irrelevant results. Apparently someone else shared his name and did his job a while back.

It's right beside the "you're an idiot of you deny the historicity of Yeshua ben Yosef" option.

It's far from absolutely certain as to whether the Jesus as portrayed in the Bible actually existed.

It's not idiotic to be sceptical, debate on it has gone on for the last 200+ years with no signs of it ever being concluded factually.

What is supernatural? Super.. natural? As in all natural human no deity and artificial coloring added? Then yes.

quite a few historians agree that someone matching the description of jesus most probably did exist (bar the miracles of course), outside the bible, jewish and roman historians wrote about jesus and his followers and that he was crucified, the jesus story of the bible is almost identical to that of apollonius of tyana

now moses on the other hand is a different matter completely, there is zero evidence outside the bible that he existed

I believe that Jesus existed, he was the son of God and he died and rose again.

If anyone thinks that is stupid and something to mock someone over then they can go fcuk themselves.

I'm believing this. Jesus was definitely a hallucinogenic mushroom.

Because they're Middle Eastern prophets of Jehovah who gave revealed texts to the Israelites and later the Arabs. India had avatars of their deities who walked the earth supposedly. European gods had their own prophets such as the Oracle at Delphi through which Apollo spoke.

Middle Eastern religion became the most popular and that's why we hear mainly of these prophets.

Maybe so, but you asked the wrong forum.

    See Above.

Thread closed so no resurrection can take place.
