I have an issue with one of these units, its controlling Halogen spot lights which brighten when you press the control button but then dim down straight away and go off by themselves. On the front theres a temperature warning light on the left and a triangle with an ! warning light on the right side. The triangle ! is lit up and i cant get it to go off, even if i turn off the power to it (it comes back on when power is re applied). I have no literature for the unit so i dont know what the triangle warning light means, is the unit goosed( 180 quid for a new one) or can something be done to knock it back into action.
    Anyone got any ideas?
    Thanks.:)

the led on the right is for overload and short circut protection according to the online data sheet. you should ring hager and ask them to fax you a copy of the instructions, the lads are sound over there and shouldnt have a problem doin that.
just wondering are you using a retractive switch to opperate the dimming, isnt it usually 1 click to switch on and one click to switch off, then hold down the button to dim up or down.
anyway the link below might help
