    hi does anyone know of a good and fairly priced on that knows council law (housing) need to know my rights thanks

    Council law?

    I'm presuming you have been refused housing by the Council or have some complaint in relation to council housing?

    I would suggest that a general practise/litigation solicitor would be your best bet. I can't imagine that this is an area of law that any solicitor would regularly deal with.

    There have been a number of cases taken against Dublin City Council in recent years regarding housing issues. E.g. Fennell v dublin City Council, Donegan v Dublin City Council.
    Garrett Sheehan & partners were involved in Donegan.
