As above I have had the watch for a few years and wore it to work.
I notice when it gets wet the strap will leave a stain on my arm what would you good people recomend to clean out all the joints by the way I have washed it with soap no joy it is water proof.
    Cheers;)

If you can, take the bracelet off the watch, leave it on a warm soapy water long enough for the gunk to soften enough and then with a tooth brush give it a good clean between the links.

There is a special metal bracelet cleaning solution available ...me, I just went to the shed and got out the brake cleaner spray :D. That, a bit of patience, a toothpick and a lint free cloth will do wonders

An ultrasonic cleaner? Like this perhaps?

Don't forget to take the watch off the strap first ;).
