Im hoping to put together a small website soon enough for my fathers business (boat building). Im just wondering can anyone recommend any good "what you see is what you get" software. SOmething powerful, but also, not something that will take ages to learn. For what its worth, I took a year long night course in web design, although it was so long ago I think I have forgotten most off it. Though I still remember all the basics.

    Thanks

Wordpress or Joomla would be fine, Wordpress is slightly easier for someone beginning off possibly? Just download XAMPP and set both up locally and play around with them, any host supporting PHP/MySQL they will run on, get a decent template & your good to go!

If you can build it in 30 days then download Dreamweaver trial.
