ok so im really annoyed about my skin lately. Iv just seemed to break out as if i were a teen again. tho its not terribly noticabe but it really dissapoints me as i had relatively clearedup my skin.....That was befor i channged my job and life.

I was under alot of stress. Can stress cause acne????,,, also i came off a form off a pill that clears up bad skin. Maybe that didnt help. Now i get very oily skin no matter how clean i keep it.

Any opinions should i go back on medication, oe any know any natural or home made remadies for skin and acne

McKenzie, stress is one of the most common causes of breakouts afaik. Combine that with a change in routine and your skin has a lot to deal with.

In terms of the medication, it's possible that your skin is reacting to coming off it and is purging any toxins etc that were kept in. It's probably not a great idea to jump right back onto the medication, give your skin time to adjust!

I wouldn't worry to much but, would consider changing your skincare routine to something very gentle like the Trilogy face care line. I find this always works for me when my skin acts up, which it does despite it being very good most of the time!

I actually had a break out in april/may and NONE of them would go away, they are still there today. Went into a chemist yesterday where they have a vichy and La Roche Posay skincare speciliast who analysed my skin with this machine for the gutts of 30minutes and told me the best products to use. She gave me 2weeks worth of samples to use & try out and she said if I see an improvement, to then treat myself to purchasing them.

There is one product which is specifically for the break out itself and I would highly recommended buying it. After less than 24hrs of applying the product I have noticed they are finally beginning to budge. It's Vichy Normaderm active anti-imperfection concentrate, think it was around the 12e mark. This is the only item I bought as I particularly want to get rid of these frickin spots once and for all! I bought other things while in there also so can't remember the exact price.

I would recommend trying this product out on your break outs or even go into your local chemist who has a skincare specialist instead of trying medication, like the previous poster said, let your skin adjust to the changes first.
