Tesco Mobile International call quality...

    Hi Tesco Mobile.

    Recently (last 3 weeks) the call quality when calling a Thai mobile has deteriorated a lot.

    Am now regularly hearing echo of my own vioce, and crackle/noise, and need to cancel the call and redial again, 2 or 3 times before all sounds as it should.

    On other occasions the call won't connect, get a "Number not in use" message displayed on the phone, and again try 2 or 3 more times and it'll connect.

    If I make the same call using a Vodafone SIM, every call connects and sounds fine, first time.

    Can these issues be investigated?

    Other than that, am a happy Tesco Mobile customer :D
