PC World gave me a number, Who exactly are they?

Yesterday I called into PC World about a hardware problem and they gave me this number 01-8781470 to call. I rang them this morning and they have arranged to collect my laptop on Wednesday and return it in two weeks, that's all well and good but i just realised i don't even know the name of this company, a bit of googling…

That's correct. They also do Toshiba tech support for Ireland.
