Cherrywood Luas Parking??

    Hi all,
I'm starting a new job in October and will be based around Harcourt Street, I live in Bray but am planning on driving to the Cherrywood stop and getting the Luas in. I've searched old threads about availability of parking, just wondering if anyone has any more recent updates?

I'll need to be on the Luas about 8am to make it into town on time, do you guys think I would be likely to get a space on that little road at that time? Do clampers clamp there? Any there any alternatives of where to park?

Does the Brides Glen stop have parking? I don't even know how to access the Brides Glen station. Any advice much appreciated! The bus isn't really viable for me as it can take up to 20-25 mins on the bus at peak times just from my house to Loughlinstown roundabout! Thanks!!

you will not be able to park at Bride's Glen, all the parking there is for the business park and is monitored and you'll get clamped. there is a road leading to the Cherrywood stop that people park on but not sure when it gets full, a lot of the tenants in the apartments there use it too.

Bride's Glen is accessed through the business park and is the terminus, Cherrywood is the first stop over the road

Have you gamed out DART to Pearse? It's about a mile of a walk granted but if you live near Bray DART then you don't have parking to worry about.

The 84x will have you at the Cherrywood flyover pretty quickly if you can make it to the Southern Cross road.

You'd be better off getting the 145 to the end of Leeson Street and walking from there.

Thanks for all the feedback. I live about a 25 min walk to Bray DART station and a good walk to the Southern Cross too, I used to get the 145 to UCD and would have to get the half 7 bus to make sure I was definitely in on time for a 9 o'clock lecture, with the Luas I would only need to be on it at 8 so figured it would be the best option til I relised how little parking there was :(

    Thanks for the help!!

In my experience anyway the 145 is almost always faster than the Luas from Cherrywood to the CC
