Myself and my girlfriend are considering buying our local pub.The current owners are retiring and moving over to there sons family in australia. the pub is in a very rural setting and has a house attached. My question is if we only opened it on friday night saturday and sunday(so we could keep our normal jobs) would we be able to apply for a normal mortgage or would we still have to get a commercial mortgage.
