Illness Benefit Payment

    Hi,
    I was wondering if someone could tell me how to fill out the Illness Benefit form in order to get a payment by cheque. The only options that are available on the form are payment by bank transfer to personnal account or to employer account but no option for cheques. The thing is that on the Social Welfare website they say that you can get paid by cheque..

    Leave it blank and they will issue a cheque.Thats what I have done in the past.
