hey guys new to this section!!! decided the other day to dig out all my old Warhammer stuff and i'm thinking bout getting back into it. havent collected or played in a long while (probly 6-7 years) initially i was just gonna collect and paint but then i started thinking bout gaming too. i was never really that into gaming before but maybe i was a bit too young to understand it.

anyways whats 5th edition like??? is it worth my while going out and getting codexes (for 3 armies!!!) and getting back into gaming??? where can i go to learn and play (north co. dublin btw) coz i really wasnt GW's biggest fan before and from what i've heard and read not much has changed!!! also is there anywhere else selling stuff these days??? i remember Toymaster used to do stuff...

    thanks!!!

Drop down to GamersWorld, just south of the Jervis Luas stop, has a good stock of GW miniatures and a fair smattering of players round I would guess. There are gaming groups meeting there every weekday evening too, think Thursdays are the Warheads and they are primarily 40k and other miniature games focused.

DGG meet there on Wednesday nights as well. wide range of experience levels there from former and current ETC captains to complete noobs. all of which will be more than happy to ease you back into the game.
