    Hi all,
    Just wondering about the TV shown in the title. Does anybody know if this TV supports RTÉ Player on the Internet TV facility? It's the main reason I'd get an Internet TV so without the Catch Up app it would be fairly useless.

    Hi Kev,

    Bought that exact same tele - it is the lowest level SmartTV they have, as such is missing a few features of the better spec'd one. One of these is no internet browser and there's no RTE App in the samsung app store which you can use either (yet, have no idea whether there's on on the way).

    So in short, no, the tele is no use for rte player.

    However, its a terrific tele and the youtube/vimeo renditions are superb, as is the ability to stream almost any video from your computer.

    I'm happy with it!

    Thanks for the info mollser! Yeah it looks like a good TV alright, but without the RTÉ Player functionality it's not much use to me :) Cheers again!
