Hi guys

I have bought shares many times over the years using execution only via aib. Discovered yday you can't purchase on the NASDAQ via aib. Looking at bloxham as there convenient to where I am but am wondering how this works? I understand that I would get the beneficial rights to the shares but that the shares are held in the stockbrokers company name. This is hardly correct is it as what happens if the stockbroker goes tits up?
