Was trying to sync my contact details on itunes in order to transfer them in time via google contacts.

However, I seem to have lost all the phone contact details and im only left with my gmail email contacts on my iphone???

Have ****ed something up, but I've alot of important contact details that I need to get back on my iphone.

Anyone know what I can do? Surely they have to be somewhere on the laptop??

I am no expert but if you restore your phone in itunes and use a backup from before you lost contacts it will get them back.
I use a gmail account to back up my contacts.The only way i get it to work was to clear out gmail account contacts and overwrite iphone contacts to gmail.
