Ping G15 Driver

I played 18 holes today with a friend of mine. He had 2 drivers in his bag - his new Ping G20 and his G15. I'm not the most consistent driver in the world and he recommended I try the G15 for the round.

I found it amazing. I hit every drive long and straight and I don't think I've ever hit anything with a bigger sweet spot. And, for me, it sits perfectly behind the ball. He's not interested in selling it but I'm seriously thinking about getting one. They're available for around €199 new at the moment.

How do G15 users here rate them?

i havnt hit the g15 but i had the i15 for a while and found it ok

my advice is play a few round with your friends g15 and even get a loan of it and go to the range.

whenever i pick up a new driver i always seem hit it straighter for some reason but the more balls i hit the more it feels like my old one lol , dont know if im alone in this

Thanks Copperhead. I'm hoping to play with it again over the weekend and I hope to go to the range with it also.

Your not alone copperhead, its a new driver phenomenon, feels great, looks great, goes super straight, two weeks later its as bad as your previous model. Ive gone through loads of drivers with the new club buzz.

The G10 G15 & G20 are very similar drivers, I think its a case of why change a good thing. I won't be changing from my G15 until something obviously better comes along. They are great drivers and should definitely be considered by everyone looking for something new and something thats a top performer.
