Small claims court query!

So, I'm not sure if this is in the right forum or not..

Got my hair done 2 weeks ago.. they completely destroyed my hair.. no word of an apology.. the girl left the bleach in for well over an hour.. my hair is completely falling out now.. I cant put any heat on it at all.. or it melts.. when its wet its like wool.
Ive been spending buckets on conditioning treatments.. but have been told it'l take a year or more to get it back to good condition.

My question is how do I go about getting the hairdresser to either pay for all the products Ive had to buy because of their ****ty workmanship.. orr can I sue (as Ive been told I can) .. I don't even want to sue.. I just want him to cover the costs that ive had to/and will have to fork out.

    I'm a student.. I can't afford this sh!t.. but I don't want my hair getting any worse.

The small claims procedure is limited to:
a claim in respect of minor damage to property (but excluding personal injuries).

Does my situation constitute "personal injuries"?

I really dont know what to do here.. I don't wanna sit back and have this happen to someone else.. help required!

Go and see a "no foal, no fee" personal injury solicitor. You can't get legal advice here but if you say where you are located you might be able to get a recommendation by PM.

Okay.. So small claims is a no no then?

And.. Mayo/Galway area! But tbh, seems a little drastic to me.
I was thinking Small claims cause its claims up to like, two grand.

It's only €18 to lodge a claim, but ring the courts office, they will be able to advise you better
