Navy and black, yay or nay?

Hi, got a navy playsuit with white/cream flowers on it and a light brown belt. Need to wear tights with it so was wondering do people think black tights would go ? Suggestions/opinions please?

The brown belt is throwing me off. If it wasn't for that, I would've said black tights were fine, but I think combining the three colours might look strange. I'd go for navy tights in this case if it were me.

Sorry, dont know what planet im on, never even thought of navy tights. Then im stuck on shoes. Was thinking a light beige wedge but just dont know.

do you have to wear tights? cos nice cream court platforms look fab with playsuit? or if you do wear wedges are they open toe??

I've a navy dress with white and mustard flowers on it and I wear it with navy tights and nude or brown heels and it looks lovely, the shades all complement each other. Heels or boots that matched the belt might be nice.

Yes the wedges im thinking of are open toe, super high with a skinny ankle strap. So that kind of rules out the tights, but i have another pair that are full foot.. But not as eye catching. Dont think the weather will be great ths weekend and its an all day thing im going to be at- a christening, also was thinkng of the tights as a bit of a cover up as the play suit is short ish and obviously with going to a church etc, dont know if full legs out is a good look or appropriate.

I often wear navy and black together. I'd ditch the brown belt for a black one, and maybe add a black chunky bangle to tie it all in.
