Keytrade users

    About a month I decided that the time was right to begin trading again- steady income, large savings and lots of value in the market. Jumped through the hoops to setup a Keytrade account and lodged money into it.

    My problem is, a month later and I still do not have any shares between waiting on this and that. The latest issue is that I have funds in my current account but cannot transfer them to my trading account. To anyone who has used Keytrade before- am I missing something? When I select internal transfer (or any kind of transfer for that matter), my current account is not listed as an account to transfer funds from.

    My attempts at getting support from Keytrade on this matter have so far been unsuccessful.

    I am surprised to hear that. I never had any problems with their customer service.
    To anyone who has used Keytrade before- am I missing something?

    Yes I think they must be waiting on ID or address verification from you. I had a similar issue but I just had to send them a scanned image of a Visa bill and that sorted it.

    Hmm I sent them both a copy of my passport and bill and received everything back from them. Very annoying as I have missed several good opportunities to pick up shares at a good price.

    Have you any experience of their customer service? Still no reply- not sure how good they are with English speaking support.

    I have had to contact them a few times just with small issues but they always replied and usually within the day.

    As I said I did have as similar issue. I wasn't able to do an internal transfer and when I contacted them they said it was because my address was not verified.

    Maybe give them a ring in the morning.

    Update: To begin trading you must transfer funds into your account from another account that is registered to the same address as your KT account. Shares have traded at about 10% higher than when I wanted to buy.. oh well!
