HELP! Bought item online from the UK...never delivered!

I ordered four CDs and two DVDs from Play.com 6.49

The two DVDs which I had bought through Play Trade came after a week, one of the CDs came after four days, and another came after a week and a half. I'm STILL waiting to receive my other two CDs. I used a 3V card which is going out of date soon and it's severely stressful not knowing if I'll ever get these items. They emailed me two forms to send off to Belfast to start an investigation, and I did, over two weeks ago. I ticked the replace box rather than a refund because once my card goes out of date, it would be no use. I have read stories about people getting the refund they asked for, but never across anything about a replacement.

Could someone please tell me if I will get these items? I've spent roughly €12.50.

plays delivery does take ages but it leaves you logged undelivered item after i think 21 days, so check out order history.

Most I ever waited from play was 2 weeks.

I've checked order history and sent off the forms over two weeks ago, my question is, do you think I will get the item?

I'm 6 weeks waiting for a book from playtrade... completely seperate to play and a balls to try and sort out when things go wrong....
