3 voicemail/HulloMail

    I can't access my voicemail from my phone and after searching on the internet, I read about this app called HulloMail as a free way to access your voicemail.

    Downloaded it, but it says I have no voicemails, but I know I have at least 4.

    Help?

    HulloMail is completely separate from your 3 voice mail. Try dialling into your 3 voicemail account from a different phone ie but a 5 after the 083.

    What do you mean but a 5 after the 083?

    I tried calling my voicemail from another phone but can't remember my voicemail pin.

    If your number was 0831234567 and you dial 08351234567 then that call goes directly to your voicemail. But if you can't remember your pin that won't help. Did you set your own pin? The default pin is 1234 I think try that.
