I wonder would anyone be able tell me if I can use an IP Camera such as the Foscam F18918W with a MiFi 3 wireless broadband dongle or will there be problems due to not having a static ip address.

Yes, it will not work, its one big local network. 3 have a handful of ip addresses that they recycle.

One way around this is to get whatever device you use to connect to a vpn to somewhere you have control and have a static ip.

    Thanks for reply.
The IP Camera I'm looking at is the Foscam F18918W and it supports Dynamic IP addresses so if I use a service like DynDNS.com, No-IP.com or FreeDNS.Afraid.org do you think it will work?

No, you need a unique IP for that. With 3 you share that public IP
