Generally if you ring dyson they will come to you to fix it. Think it's about 90euro. Don't have there number. Should be in the book.

dont call Dyson. It's soooooo expensive.

All the parts of a dyson including the motor can be bought on ebay at very reasonable prices. (I've just changed all the filters on mine including the pre motor filter using a non dyson part made in china for a fraction of the cost. 10eu rather than 40eu.
