well i don't even know if I am on the right page here ;-)

    but still a question:
I am on Broadband in the moment but want to get rid of my home phone as you don't really need it anymore I think.
Now the option is mobile broadband and I wonder if anyone can recommend me the best one out there for KERRY?
I was thinking about the WIFI box Vodafone as I need more than one hub as I have a daughter discovering the online games now :p

    thanks guys:D

I haven't done much research into this but I would suggest you stay with fixed line broadband - it's faster for a start than mobile.
Mobile broadband can be terribly slow depending on your location.
The best advice would be to shop around and consider all the options mobile and fixed. Usually the addition of a landline phone doesn't add significantly to the cost - especially if you don't use it.

its usually the line rental costs that are the killer on fixed line phones. my parents are getting rid of the landline as it was working out at around 60 every two months and only 4 or 5 short local calls made. pure waste of money.
i have 3 mobile broadband. it costs 20 a month. i get 25g of data. speed is grand for browsing and ok most of the time for gaming on the xbox

If you want it for gaming then forget Mobile BB, because mobile BB is only Midband BB ~ very unreliable due to congestion at times.

True Broadband which is fixed line is the way to go for gaming or streaming etc.

have a look here for providers in your area.
