    Currently standing at 32,000 items in gmail & 90000 in hotmail. There is duplication.

    I really need to get control of it but I think there may be to much to do.

    Is this unread emails or just emails in general you're referring to. Because if it's unread then you do indeed have a problem

    14,000 ish unread give or take 500!

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

    At one stage I had about ~65,000 in a work account... rules to keep copies of every mil I sent and received, all read receipts kept in folders...
    Brilliant to keep the ass covered down the line...
    Problem is that the .pst file was getting OOC and IT wanted to scrap it, lots of attachments and work photos..

    about a hundred on my personal gmail account and maybe 250 on my work email.

    About 2400, most of which could be deleted if I could only be arsed to go through them all, and yes I delete every day.
