Facebook Application - Fan Gate

Hi guys, I have made a very basic "app" for Facebook but non-fans can view it and I only want fans to be able to see it. I did find some tutorials like this one but Facebook have changed the way apps are built since then so it's no good to me. Would anyone know of any tutorials on the subject? Thanks.
