ebay customer service, still alive?

    recently had this problem that they were limiting the amount of auctions of items for sale because i was a private seller.
    it said that if i wanted to list more, i needed to become a business seller but i could always revert back if i wanted to.
    so it only took a click to become a business seller , but now there is no way to change it back! only way i ve read was to contact customer service ,explain the situation and they would be able to do it

    there has been no answer to any of my messages, i tried from .com, .ie, .co.uk

    the live chat doesnt seem to work as it just says that it's closed

    I have also been trying to contact Ebay without success, I have a phone number but when I go looking for a PIN number, there seems to be no way to find it. I sent them an email and got an automated reply, tried again since and nada in 3 days.

    For some reason, Ebay have made it very difficult to contact them directly, very poor customer service :mad:.

    out of the 5 emails i ve sent , they replied to one yesteday, the only one which was specific for my type of issue, being change of seller status from business to private

    maybe they dont reply to generic contact emails?
