    Hi Guys,

Got the below stove fitted professionally last monday, its a 4.5kw hamco ree petite.

Is anyone familiar with this stove and the process for lighting it and adding more fuel,The instructions arent great and I was nt here when it was installed so didnt get a chance to ask any questions.

Is the top vent meant to be on the left or right and the bottom damper fully open or closed.

The reason im asking is that it seems to smoke a lot until i fiddle with the vents and even then some smoke still escapes from the top vents(this occurs with the vent to the left to the right)

Would appreciate any advice as im getting heartache from herself.

    Cheers

Did you ever get to teh bottom of this as I just had the same stove fitted with the same problem. hamco say it's a problem with the flu / chimney.
