    hi just wondering has any one gone to this place. it is a counselling and self help centre. she ran workshops in limerick. just wondering if any one has gone to the work shop or knows about it

    Hi, is it Yvonne Griffin of Yvonne Griffin Communications by any chance?. She has a page on facebook called Positive Options.

    This is not a counselling service though. It's a centre for life & business coaching

    I've attended some of YGC workshops and absolutely loved them. Yvonne is very inspirational and what she delivers is very practical & usable.
    I've been to her place for coaching and got a huge amount out of it.
