Dublin Thriller?

    I was in America for the summer and I saw a few films while I was over there. One of the trailers that came up was about some secret weapon of the US government who goes mad trying to escape what they want to use her for, Bourne style.

    Apparently on her travels she gets to Dublin and there is a big car chase with the Gardai on what looks like O'Connell Street in the trailer.

    I can't remember the name of it and I can't find it on the net, any one seen it or know what it's called?
