    Hey guys, anyone know when is the earliest the grant is paid out. I'm always late so its usually christmas when i get it but I've had everything in early this year. College stamped the form last week to say i was returning and it was sent. Any idea how long i'll be waiting.

    Depends really...

    What council do you get your grant from?

    I get mine from DCC, and it took about 3-4 weeks after the form had been sent back for the money to be in my account, but from talking to others it seems to vary a lot...

    You could always ring your grant office and ask if they've an idea of how long it'll take.

    I get mine from Dublin City Council as well 3 to 4 weeks aint too bad i suppose compared to other times when i have been waiting on them. Might try giving them a buzz and see if it can come any sooner. Thanks for the help
