    Hi All,

    I've a query on my Form12 rental income return.
    It's my first year doing it so was hoping someone could answer a query or two.

    Under part14 -Rental Income from Property in the State
    Just under where it looks for the tenants pps no. it says to state the amount of irish tax witheld. I'm not sure what thats in relation to? Anyone care to enlighten me?

    Also my management fee, and my PRTB reg fee- does this go under other other?

    I imagine that's if your tenants deducted tax before paying you your rent, doubtful they did.

    Other is for management fees and PRTB etc
