.Mov to .FLV or .SWF

    Hi All,

    I created a presentation in Flash, exported it as a .mov, Edited it in Premier Pro and now want it back as a flash file, when I import it the end result is brutal, it lacks the clarity of the .mov file.

    Anyone got any idea's on how I can clean it up a bit or hints to what I should do.
