I'm looking for the genius who wrote "Zombie-Ghostly-Pirate-Apocalypse" on their Apprehensive About sheet in today's General Orientation Meeting. I'm the girl who read it out.

Clearly a Boardsie would have some connection to this

Surely someone that paranoid wouldn't reveal themselves anyway.

I was sitting fairly close, didn't know the guy though. A friend of mine was closer though, I'll see if he knew!

Was it completely necessary to go to that thing / what happened at it?

It kind of made the science crowd look ridiculous compared with the engineers who had legitimate sexual health concerns. Probably on how to optimise efficiency, given the nature of their course :P

I think it was robot-ghostly-pirate-zombies. It made me regret not writing down Ninjas...

Some the things Engineers/Computer Scientists were looking forward to included "the clunge" and "building bridges and banging bitches".

I must say that I thought the second one made going to that godawful meeting with a horrible hangover worthwhile. :D

Second one made my day, I have to say. Loving how the Senior Tutor replied "Engineering students are so predictable" too :D It was a class Orientation meeting!
