Hey, we have a house in Donnybrook, great location! Gorgeous house, the rent is 500e a month would u be willing to pay that? There are five already living in the house, so we just need a sixth roomate. The house has three floors&we are all in our final years of college aswell. If u could get back to us as soon as possible that would be great. Thank you.

Hi sorry for replying so late! No it doesn't include everything. We would still have bins&electricity to pay. But between six of us there would be no problem. Also everything has been setup. We have our own account to pay everything from. UPC is also set up which is only 10e a month for wireless&tv. In relation to rathmines there would not be a direct bus route, u as donnybrook is parallel to rathmines. Walking distance would be approx 30-40mins.
