I am building a new rig at the moment but cannot seem to find where to buy windows 7, I can find a cheap price for the upgrade version but this will not do as I need the full os to install as no prev os on new pc.

Where do you guys recommend shopping for the operating system?

I seen it on Hardwareversand but I was told it was in German so to stay away from it?
