Hiring a full time employee who lives abroad

    Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in relation to hiring an employee who will live and work abroad for the duration of their time in my employment?

    Any info, who to talk to, website links etc... Would be useful.

    Hiring for what exactly.. u have to be more specific.
    Also what geo location. I have a few sites i could point u too but i would have to know generally the specifics.

    Is it a virtual assistant ?

    Hiring on a full time basis to do design work. The person is based in Italy.
