I am not a smoker, although I have smoked probably about 20 - 30 cigarettes over the course of my life, mostly on nights out over the last few years, one or two smokes the odd time you know yourself (early twenties now). There are times when I'm out drinking and I crave a cigarette but decide I won't smoke.. so I'm realising that they can be very addictive, very fast. I know addiction occurs gradually but could anyone here say how long they smoked/ how much they smoked before they realised they were hooked? thanks
