    Hi there,
The guy who currently deals with this in my local office is out on holidays, and I was just wondering if some of you guys might be able to help

    (1)
In terms of the BTWEA, does the employment have to be a sole trader, or could setting up a private limited company, of which company the welfare recipient would hold a directorship, be acceptable for entry onto the scheme?

    (2)
If the recipient were to find part time work to boost his/her income and aid the financial situation by doing similar work elsewhere, would that be acceptable to the department of social protection?

    Thanks in advance.
