Where to get a new set of car keys cut?

Further to my last thread "Has anyone found a set of keys?" , anyone know where to get a set of car keys cut in Galway for a car given that there isn't another to cut from? Yes the obvious thing is to bring the car to the nearest manufacturers place but they have quoted a fair bit for the key plus there's the towing charge. A local keycutter said he could do it but has been faffing about with it for a week and hasn';t managed to bypass the immobiliser. Anyway, I know there's companies in Dublin that specialise in this and charge less that the manufacturers, anyone know anywhere in Galway that would do the same?

Was it just a key or did it have immobiliser, buttons etc?
Prob a dealer with the VIN and VLC/proof of purchase etc but that's just a guess.
Splash out on a second key this time ;)
