Problem with Microsoft Office Download

    I've just spent £100 on a microsoft office download and it won't work. I downloaded it then it goes to extract files then when thats completed the box disappears and I'm left with nothing?

    Anyone know whats wrong its doing my head in :(

    Where did you buy it from and download it from. If you have purchased a product key you can download it from Microsoft's web site.

    Have you tried downloading it again the download could have been corrupted.

    After you have extracted the files presumably you have to run set up.

    now it says to run this system you must be running one of the current operating systems....then gives me a list.

    It says vista is one but my computer does run on vista...

    Did you download the right one though? There could be a 32 or 64 bit version.

    Also as asked before did you download it from the official site?

    Could you post up a screenshot or exactly what the error says? Did you download it as an .iso file?
