How long until the grant office return your documents to you?

It's been about 3 weeks since I sent everything in and haven't heard anything back or had my doucments sent back, is that normal? How long it should take them to send your original birth cert etc back to you? I'm going to need it to register for my course.

Sorry to tell you this but im nearly sure it was the end of the college year by the time they were returned to me. Probably be best to get on to them and ask them could they send them asap.

I got mine back just after just a little over three weeks later, all depends on how fast they are processing them and how many applications they have gotten.
