Question about the Registration Statement

I just had a look at the Registration Statement PDF file we were emailed on 6th Sept. It says "Minimum Credits Required: 75 Maximum: 60" which doesn't make much sense. It also says that one of my subjects is worth 30 credits yet only lists 5 modules worth 5 credits each.
