BTEA part time course

I was at college last year studying Level 2 childcare full time and on BTEA and I had intended to return this year to do my Level 3 in the same course and last month I was approved for BTEA again but because my circumstances changed with childcare etc I had to decline it. However,I have now enrolled on a "part time" Level 3 course, which is one / two days in college and two days work placement. Although it's classed as a part time course I'm in the college the same days as I would have been on the full time but I've lost my place on that course and really want to get my Level 3 done. The question is would I still qualify for the course being full time or would I need to sign on BTEA part time option?

If the college says it's a part-time course then it's a part-time course in the eyes of the SWO.
