Why do Irish people always complain about everything and from that draw a parrell to the economic state of the country?

It's so annoying and bizzare. Do we just love to play victim collectively?

Because the economy and country is falling apart?

I think the better question is why do the Irish complain yet do nothing about it.

    Nice thread! :P

It's so annoying when posters start threads about nothing at all, wasting my time ...it's exactly like the way the country is stuffed - jezuz ;)

Did you start a thread to complain about why we complain?

Due to a shortage in ladders, people are unable to come down off the crucifixes they are on.

    Do we,
I don't know about complaining but we do get tied up in trivia.

But we do have a lot of insecurity and genuine problems at the moment, there is very little to be joyful about.

I am cycling to work the last few months and i was complementing the corpo on the excellent cyclelane network it has moved on in leaps in comparison to years ago when I cycled all the time. But all I got back was, pot holes, its stops here and there, they are not wide enough, so yes you have a point. If there is nothing to complain about we will find something.

Some, like Joe Duffy, learn to make a cheeky profit from it. Now THAT I applaud.

"A Parrell"? Jezes, no wonder the country is in such a poor economic state when people can't even spell the name of one of our former great leaders.
