LG Optimus 3D setup???

    Hi Folks,
    Just wondering if anyone knows if and indeed how to modify the quick launch buttons on my Optimus 3D?
    Ideally I'd like to get rid of the LG World quick launch and swap for my Browser?
    And I'd like to swap the LG Messaging app for Handcent.
    I've set handcent as Default with no joy and I can't find any option to modify the quick launch bar in settings.
    Any help will be appreciated folks.
